How much does it cost to join?

It costs $9.99/month to be a part of the Ambassador Program.

Is the Ambassador Program only for Super Moms or can other members of the Squad join?

Right now, the Ambassador Program is for Super Moms and other Extraordinary women who care for a TinySuperhero. In the future, we hope to create a program for Super Dads and other Extraordinary men who love and take care of their TinySuperheroes, too.

When will I get my T-Shirt for signing up?

After sign-up, you’ll receive a claim code in your email that you can use in our shop to redeem your shirt and sticker. It will take about 3-5 days for your t-shirt to ship. Domestic orders generally take between 4-10 business days and international shipments can take anywhere between 7-21 business days. Standard shipping rates apply.

What will I get with membership?

What if I am only interested in one part of the Ambassador Program?

You can decide what parts of the Ambassador Program you would like to use and which parts aren’t for you. That said, membership still costs $9.99/month.

When does journaling take place?

Journaling usually takes place at 9PM CST on Mondays and 8PM CST on Thursdays, but always check Mighty Networks for the most up-to-date information.

Where can I find a calendar of events?

You can see all the events in Mighty Networks and our weekly round-up email. The most up-to-date event information is available here.

Where can I find my link to Mighty Networks?

It should be in the original email you received from Mighty Networks when you first signed up for the Ambassador Program. But in case you can’t locate it, you can find it here.

Where can I find my discount on Patches?

You should have received it in your email immediately after signing up that contains your unique discount code. If you can’t find it, contact us at ambassadors@tinysuperheroes.com and we’ll resend it. When you’re ready to redeem your 15% off discount, login to your Shopify account and enter the code at checkout.

Can I change my credit card on my subscription?

Yes. You can update your credit card details through your Subscription Management page. There are two ways to access your subscription management page. Each recurring order confirmation email includes a link that takes you to your subscriptions. You may also access your subscriptions by logging into your Shopify account, clicking on Manage Subscription, and then Billing Information. From there, you can change your billing information or credit card.

Can I pay for an entire year instead of monthly?

At this time, we are not able to process prepaid annual payments for an annual subscription. You will be charged the $9.99 subscription cost each month.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged the $9.99 subscription cost once you join the Ambassador Program and then 30 days from that date. For example, if you join on the 20th of the month, your subscription payment date will be the 20th of each month.

Can I change the date I’m charged each month?

Yes! Shoot us an email at ambassadors@tinysuperheroes.com with your preferred date you’d like to shift your subscription payment date to and we’ll update your payment preferences.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, but we hate to see you go! If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your subscriptions, and you can manage your subscription from there. You can also cancel your subscriptions through your TSH Shopify account. If there’s anything we can do to make your Ambassador Journey more fulfilling, reach out and let us know.

How can I earn rewards?

In order to earn rewards, you will first need to create or login to your TSH Shopify account. You can click on “Sign In” or “Create an account” at the top right navigation of Shopify, or in our Reward Widget in the bottom right. Once you are signed in, you are welcome to earn rewards by referring Extraordinary women to the Ambassador Program.

How do I refer a friend?

You can refer a friend through the Rewards Widget. Click on “Earn TinyBucks” and you will be encouraged to Refer a Friend. Share your unique referral link, and whenever someone you refer signs up and makes a purchase, you’ll earn TinyBucks!

What are the incentives for referring someone?

You will receive 50 TinyBucks for every $1 a new referral spends on their first purchase. TinyBucks can be redeemed for a coupon code, unlocking discounts on purchases.
